I’m a strategic design and digital product leader with more than 20 years of experience delivering human-centered solutions across healthcare, government, and enterprise platforms. My work blends design leadership, product strategy, and systems thinking to create experiences that are accessible, compliant, and consistently impactful.
I have a unique perspective on building products that are both technically sound and deeply intuitive. I’m passionate about understanding user behavior, reducing pain points, and creating experiences that not only work seamlessly but also spark a sense of ease and delight. My experience in web engineering and design has given me a strong foundation in problem-solving and attention to detail—skills that have been invaluable when working with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into requirements, visualizations, models, and prototypes.
In addition to my technical expertise, I bring extensive experience in data analytics, internet marketing, and conversion optimization.
