Eliquent Life Sciences

Take a look at some of my recent projects where I’ve applied my design expertise to create impactful and user-focused solutions.

Case Study

Eliquent Life Sciences Web Design and Development

Following the merger of five distinct life sciences consultancies—Validant, Data Revive, IDEC, Greenleaf, and Oriel—Eliquent Life Sciences emerged with the need for a unified digital presence. As the lead UX designer, I contributed end-to-end to the strategic development, UX design, and implementation of the new website, ensuring it reflected Eliquent’s collective expertise and future-facing positioning in the life sciences consulting space.

This project encompassed brand identity formation, structural design, content strategy, and deep collaboration with stakeholders across multiple legacy organizations.

Brand & Identity Development

  • Led the development of a new logo and visual language, drawing elements from the five merged entities while introducing a distinct, modern identity.

  • Collaborated with stakeholders from each legacy brand to ensure brand equity and internal alignment.

Information Architecture & UX Research

  • Conducted interviews with internal stakeholders and client-facing teams to understand user needs, legacy site pain points, and functional goals.

  • Developed early architecture documents—sitemaps, navigation models, and user journey maps—that began to give tangible shape to the core Eliquent site and its relationship to other digital entities (e.g., Validant, Data Revive).

  • These documents served as bridge tools between abstract business goals and concrete user pathways

Client & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Facilitated cross-organization workshops and regular reviews to ensure stakeholder needs were met and that brand integration was cohesive.
  • Led design walkthroughs and sprint reviews for feedback cycles.

  • Audited existing content from legacy sites to assess performance, relevance, and SEO value.

  • Created a migration strategy that preserved high-performing content and redirected appropriately to retain search visibility post-launch.

    UX Audit & Insights

Leading the UX and UI design for the Eliquent Life Sciences website, I partnered closely with stakeholders across five merging organizations to create a unified, client-centric digital experience that reflected the consultancy’s deep expertise in regulatory science, quality, and clinical strategy.

I collaborated with a cross-functional team of 10—including product managers, visual designers, software engineers, researchers, and technical writers—to deliver a modern, intuitive site grounded in business strategy and user needs.

I began by auditing the legacy sites’ information architecture, technical structure, and analytics, identifying key usability issues and content gaps. Through stakeholder interviews and persona development, I uncovered core user needs—particularly around accessing service information, regulatory guidance, and bios of subject matter experts.

From there, I led the design of a modular component system and responsive UI that aligned with Eliquent’s newly developed brand identity. This included both low- and high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and a comprehensive design system built to scale across the newly unified organization.

I also supported technical SEO efforts, keyword planning, and content migration strategy to ensure visibility and continuity across search platforms. The final product was a scalable, accessible website that connected seamlessly with legacy domains while setting the foundation for future digital growth.

    Insight Clustering

Based on the findings, I organized the major issues, turning them into potential opportunities to be explored and grouping the topics by similarity so that the requirements could be analyzed later in the project.

    Information Architecture

Through a comprehensive understanding of each user profile I was able to identify pertinent features which impacted how the website information was structured. Thus, it was necessary to create a visual representation to facilitate lay users’ understanding of the correlation between the lay users and users with specific goals based on the main insights.

"We grounded the process in a detailed site plan that translated user research into actionable design and technology choices, keeping the audience’s needs front and center."

The Eloquent Life Sciences website launch represented a pivotal step in strengthening the company’s digital presence and positioning it as a trusted leader in healthcare innovation. Guided by extensive research and a user-first, compliance-conscious approach, the project centered on improving content accessibility, streamlining navigation, and enhancing brand credibility in a highly regulated industry.

I led the effort to integrate business objectives, audience needs, and industry best practices into a unified product vision and site strategy. This included creating a comprehensive sitemap informed by user behavior analysis, wireframes that optimized patient and provider journeys, and a CMS recommendation that balanced scalability, security, and ease of use for internal teams. To ensure seamless integration, I also developed customer journey maps and a systems architecture plan, aligning the website with internal tools, CRM systems, and regulatory requirements.

Throughout the project, I collaborated closely with stakeholders—translating feedback into actionable product requirements and defining KPIs that tied directly to business outcomes such as engagement, lead generation, and trust-building. I established a performance measurement framework to continuously monitor and optimize site effectiveness post-launch.

The result was a scalable, accessible, and insight-driven digital platform designed to evolve with the organization’s needs. By aligning strategy, creative direction, and technical execution, the new website not only elevated the Eloquent Life Sciences brand but also delivered a reliable foundation for engaging patients, providers, and partners in a meaningful way.
