As Product Manager, I led the end-to-end development of Cohen Milstein’s AI Proposal Tool, guiding the product from concept to launch in collaboration with legal teams, business development, engineering, and design. I conducted discovery interviews, mapped proposal workflows, and translated complex business needs into actionable technical requirements. I led the design of a proposal management dashboard that streamlines the entire RFP process—from data intake to export. The backend allows teams to assign roles, define responsibilities, and manage access for compliance and efficiency.
